Role & Team

We are currently looking for a Mid/Senior Product Designer (f/m/x) who, reporting to our Experience Design Manager, is going to support in designing the complete customer experience, ensuring every touchpoint is meticulously crafted to delight and engage our users.
As a Product Designer within our team, you play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company's offerings as we embark on a transformative journey of merging all our products into one comprehensive solution for our customers, catering to both tenants and landlords.

Your expertise and dedication will be instrumental in ensuring that this unified platform delivers exceptional user experiences that meet the needs of all stakeholders while aligning with our business objectives and technical capabilities.

Here below are some examples of your core activities:

  • User-Centric Research & Analysis: Conduct interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather user insights. Analyze heatmaps, customer journeys, and data analytics to understand behavior and preferences.
  • Problem & Solution Definition: Perform usability assessments and heuristic evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Use card sorting, personas, and empathy maps to uncover needs and motivations. Facilitate workshops and iteratively test prototypes for feedback.
  • UI & Interaction Design: Create intuitive, visually engaging high-fidelity designs and prototypes, ensuring clear communication of solutions. Perform usability assessments and heuristic evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Facilitate workshops and iteratively test prototypes for feedback.
  • Design System Management: Contribute to developing, maintaining, and refining a cohesive design system to ensure workflow consistency.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with objectives, supporting developers and participating in reviews for transparency.
  • Advocacy for User-Centric Design:  Advocate for user needs in product development, aligning business objectives with user insights to foster a user-centric culture. 


What you will need to be successful in the role:

  • 3+ years of experience in designing web and mobile apps in-house
  • Strong online portfolio showcasing your design skills
  • Recognize how solving real user problems positively impacts the business
  • In-depth knowledge of UX best practices, including user research and accessibility
  • Clean visual design sense
  • It will be considered a plus to have built and managed complex design systems
  • Proficiency in designing for multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Desktop) using tools like Figma, Sketch, etc.
  • The ability to understand technical implications in design decisions
  • Know the value of not only data but also looking beyond numbers
  • To be a constant learner
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level)
