ROLE & TEAM

We are currently looking for truly passionate Senior Business Developer Manager, who will execute strategies to acquire new clients, cultivate strategic partnerships, and lead the team in achieving the company's growth objectives.


Here below are some examples of your core activities:

  • Strategy Development: Define and implement business strategies for acquiring new clients and developing strategic partnerships in line with company objectives.
  • Team Management: Oversee and lead a team of business development experts, providing direction, support, and coaching to achieve growth objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging opportunities, monitor industry trends, and adapt business strategies accordingly.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and engaging new partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Closure: Manage the complete acquisition process, from initial negotiation to contract closure, ensuring beneficial agreements for all involved parties.




Job requirements

What you'll need to be successful for this role

Proven experience in senior business development or business development roles, preferably in high-growth or tech sectors.

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and effectively manage a team to deliver results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic, results-oriented approach with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related field. An MBA or similar qualifications are advantageous.
