Purpose of the role
Joivy UK is recruiting talented and reliable Runner (m, f, x) on a self-employed basis.

We are looking for someone like you to join our exciting, fast-growing business in a role that has the potential to develop into a key position.
You will be a key member of the Operations team - Inspecting and getting properties guest-ready, basic property maintenance (if you know how to use a screwdriver / change a bulb / assemble IKEA furniture you’re almost good to go), running around London to meet guests or contractors and generally assisting our amazing operations team. A positive attitude and a great sense of humour are key traits to possess in this role. The role is not office based.
You may be provided with a company card for expenses with receipts to be provided to us but this does not include travel.
Training is provided.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
Main duties include but are not limited to:
Working alongside the Operations team to troubleshoot urgent matters.
Greeting and checking-in guests whilst upholding our high standards of customer service.
Basic ad hoc duties, delivering items and helping guests or clients.
Helping with basic admin in the office when needed.
Requirements
To resolve problems and find solutions with minimal supervision.
To apply excellent customer service when welcoming guests or resolving their issues.
To work as part of a team and communicate verbally and written with remote teams.
Although this is a self-employed position, we will also require right to work in the UK to be demonstrated.
The candidate needs to be familiar with responsibilities arising from their self-employed status.
Terms & Conditions
Daily rate: £120
Expected availability: 10am to 7pm, 2 to 3 days per week
