It also includes the brands Joivy Renew, specialized in home renovation and turnkey furniture sales, and Joivy Invest, a Business Unit focused on real estate investments.

We are looking for a Sales Specialist who is results-driven, client-focused, and strategic in approach to join our commercial team.
With at least 2 to 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales—preferably in real estate, short-term rentals, hospitality, or relocation—you will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit clients at their premises or points of sale ( directly into our apartments )

  • Professionally present products/services and demonstrate their value.

  • Promote and sell the company’s products to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Customize commercial offers based on client needs (Define and negotiate pricing, discounts, and contractual terms)

  • Maintain continuous contact with clients before and after the sale.

  • Handle inquiries, complaints, feedback, and specific customer requests.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and propose improvement actions.

  • Use CRM systems daily to track customer interactions, manage leads and opportunities, and maintain up-to-date records.

  • Knowledge digital tools for reporting, sales forecasting, and performance analysis.

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, administration, and after-sales teams.

  • Participate in commercial meetings, industry trade shows, and promotional events.

About You

You are a proactive deal-closer with a consultative sales style, You thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by challenge, responsibility, and impact.

You bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, ideally in hospitality, real estate, corporate housing, or travel services.

  • Demonstrated track record in generating leads, managing client pipelines, and closing deals.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

  • Solid understanding of the B2B ecosystem (corporate travel, relocation, agencies).

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Hub spot )and sales reporting tools.

  • Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally across Europe.
