Role & Team

We are seeking an Operations and Maintenance Assistant (f/m/x) to join our team on a fixed-term contract of 1 year. This role will support in managing commercial visits, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as simple maintenance tasks. As part of this role, you will frequently use a 125cc scooter for runnering purposes, including traveling between sites for inspections, check-ins, and maintenance tasks. Therefore, prior experience with scooter riding and a valid scooter riding license are essential.


Working Hours:

  • Wednesday to Sunday with a varied schedule.
  • Wednesday to Friday: 10 AM - 7 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9 AM - 6 PM (to accommodate check-out activities


Here below are some examples of your core activities:

  • Perform simple maintenance tasks in apartments, logging all completed activities and results in the CRM system.
  • Conduct pre-check-in inspections in apartments, recording outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Oversee and manage check-in and check-out processes for residents.
  • Use a 125cc scooter to travel between various sites to support operations efficiently.
  • Conduct commercial visits as required by the Operations team.
  • Provide back-office support by addressing and managing requests from tenants, property managers, landlords, and suppliers.


What you will need to be successful in the role:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Valid Class B driver’s license and ability to operate a scooter.
  • Basic knowledge and hands-on skills in performing minor maintenance tasks (plumbing, construction, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Effective team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
