Role & Team

We are seeking a Freelance Corporate Communications Expert to cover the position during maternity leave. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the communication strategy across the entire group, ensuring a smooth transition and the continued effectiveness of internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • You develop the brand strategy, align and communicate the positioning for our Group and build a strong brand image and vision behind that, with defined goals and objectives.

  • You ensure the deployment of a central and unique narrative and visual identity consistency.

  • You will be responsible for the social media channels' content, from strategy to planning, and execution to results monitoring and analysis.

  • You work with cross-functional teams to translate the brand positioning to content and B2B and B2C communication, networks and stakeholders.

  • Produce press materials in collaboration with our external agency to distribute to the press/media in line with our communications roadmaps.

  • Disseminate a culture of strategic internal communications, helping deliver the right messages to the right audiences through the proper channels.

  • You implement and reinforce the employer branding and advocacy programs in collaboration with the HR team

  • You supervise a communication team, ensuring excellent execution (planning, execution and quality)

  • Monitor performances with a data-driven approach supported by constant reporting and results analysis aimed at continuous improvement 

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or Communication

  • At least 10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in structured corporate environments

  • Experience in managing international teams

  • Experience in social media,email marketing, events & internal communication

  • Proven experience in corporate communications, with a strong background in both internal and external communications management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and message consistency.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to new environments, work autonomously, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in media relations, including drafting press releases, managing media inquiries, and building relationships with journalists.

  • Strong crisis communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally.

  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools and social media analytics platforms.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
