Role & Team

We are seeking a reliable, skilled and proactive maintenance handyman to join our fast-paced and growing team in London. The ideal candidate will be experienced in general maintenance not limited to repainting, basic electrical or plumbing, furniture building.

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of the properties we’re managing by making sure that they’re up to standard and all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner.

This is a full-time role with working hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The average number of addresses that need to be attended is approximately 6 per day. The number of tasks may vary depending on the season.

Office location is 26 Astwood Mews SW7 4DE London.

 

Key Responsibilities

General maintenance of the properties and/or facilities including, but not limited to:

  • Walls, ceilings, woodwork repairs and repainting / touch ups.

  • Furniture assembly.

  • Blinds and curtains maintenance (assemble / disassemble).

  • General electrical and/or plumbing knowledge.

  • Basic boiler troubleshooting.

  • Setting up lockboxes.

  • Health and Safety compliance by ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.

 

Required skills and or qualifications

Proven experience in maintenance or handyman roles.

Availability to work Tue-Sat from 9AM-6PM.

Compensation

  • £30,000-£35,000 per annum depending on experience.

  • 33 days including Bank Holidays.
