Purpose of the role
Coordinating new licence applications for short-lets and HMOS, manage the renewals process, and collaborate cross-departmentally with Operations, Maintenance, and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
Managing compliance of properties
Arranging certificates
Completing Licence applications and renewals (STL and HMO)
Completing Cert of Lawfulness
Assisting clients with data gathering for licencing and planning
Assisting clients with data gathering for Rates renewal
Checking landlord registration
Representing clients/ company at licence sub-committee
Processing AML checks
Skills and or qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience with new applications and renewals of HMO, have a strong understanding of compliance certification of residential properties
They would also understand all elements of residential property letting and be able to work effectively with all
Desirable: Understanding of Short-Let licence types and application process, understanding of commercial building Health and Safety
Compensation
£29,000 per annum for 40 hours per week (excluding lunch breaks)
Incentive Plan: £2,000 per annum at target
33 annual leave days including Bank Holidays
