Job requirements

ROLE & TEAM

The Legal Intern will be providing assistance to the legal team specifically in matters related to the Customer Operations team, including the preparation, review, and management of internal contracts and agreements.


As a Legal Intern, your core activities will include:

  • Keeping corporate books, assisting in drafting minutes, granting and revoking powers of attorney.
  • Drafting and reviewing of confidentiality agreements, commercial, financial and real estate contracts.
  • Assistance with M&A transactions.
  • Support on legal compliance issues (privacy and 231).
  • Handling various legal correspondence with owners, guests and administrators.
  • Doing research, legal searches and drafting of procedures.
  • Credit collection


What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • Previous work experience of minimum 6 months.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1 or C2).
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Problem solving.
  • Being already in possession of a permit to work in Italy or the EU.
