Role & Team - Facility Coordinator.

 

Key Responsibilities 

Supervise the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.

· Act as the primary point of contact to resolve inquiries, issues, and special requests.

· Maintain a high level of hospitality and customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.

· Handle guest complaints quickly and efficiently.

Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are in perfect condition before each arrival.

· Manage bookings, payments, and cancellations on short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo, etc.).

· Control inventory of supplies and amenities in each property. · Assist in implementing strategies to improve occupancy and profitability. · Review and respond to guest reviews to enhance online reputation

 

Required Skills 

· Experience in sales, customer service and hotel accommodation management.

· Strong communication skills.

· Proactive attitude and customer-oriented approach.

· Advanced level of Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
