Role & Team
We are seeking a Data & BI Specialist . The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the communication strategy across the entire group, ensuring a smooth transition and the continued effectiveness of internal and external communications.
We are looking for an autonomous Data & BI Specialist to support the development and evolution of our data ecosystem. The role
involves both backend data management (data warehouse, datamarts, Delta Lake) and the creation of dashboards and reports in
Power BI.
Key Responsibilities We are specifically seeking a proactive individual who:
· Takes ownership of projects and initiatives, rather than simply executing assigned tasks.
· Actively identifies opportunities for improvement and process optimization.
· Proposes new directions for data analysis and reporting, aligned with business needs.
· Delivers actionable, data-driven insights that create real business value.
· Acts as a business partner, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs.
Develop and maintain data warehouses and datamarts on SQL Server
2. Integrate and manage data sourced from Delta Lakes
3. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI data models
4. Create interactive dashboards and reports to support different business departments
5. Collaborate actively with data engineers and data analysts to ensure data quality and consistency
6. Proactively suggest new analyses and data-driven solutions to support business decision-making
7. Support data governance initiatives and promote best practices in data modeling
· Guides decision-making through effective use of data and analytics.
Requirements
Skills and experience: List up to 6 key requirements for the role
3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering / Business Intelligence roles
Strong proficiency in SQL for data modeling (data warehouse, datamart)
Experience with Delta Lake technologies and data lakehouse management
Solid knowledge of Power BI: data modeling, DAX, front-end development
Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end projects
Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and business-oriented mindset
Nice to have: · Experience with Databricks · Knowledge of Python or other data processing tools. · Previous experience in small/medium enterprises or scale-up environment
