Job requirements
ROLE & TEAM
We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Intern who will support the Customer Care team in handling requests and carry out data analysis to improve customer service.
Here below are some examples of your core activities:
- Creating customer satisfaction surveys;
- Analysis of customer reviews, complaints and survey feedback to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Creation of reports/presentations that identify trends in customer complaints and measure satisfaction levels over time;
- KPI monitoring (NPS/CSAT).
What you’ll need to be successful in this role if you have
- Background of customer experience studies, customer management;
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English;
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and willingness to learn systems;
- Analytical and data processing skills.
