ROLE & TEAM
We are seeking for a Customer Care Runner (f/m/x) to support our commercial activities at our Milan office. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business and provide excellent service to our tenants and visitors.
Here below are some examples of your core activities:
- Move around the city by scooter and do inspections of our apartments;
- Coordinate and support you with the Customer Care team;
- Key management of our apartments;
- Managing internet lines in the apartment;
- Managing administrator and owner relations (keys and maintenance);
- Support the Customer Care team in front office and chat.
- Back office management: orders, data entry and accounting.
What you'll need to be successful in the role:
- Proficiency in English - written and spoken (B2-C1 level).
- Knowledge of Office package.
- Must be able to drive a 125 scooter
