About the Role – B2B Sales Account Manager – Hospitality Sector - Italy
We are looking for a results-driven, strategic and client-oriented B2B Sales Account Manager to join our sales team and lead business development activities within the hospitality sector. This role is key to expanding our corporate and agency client base across Europe and driving revenue growth in line with Joivy’s multi-brand hospitality offering.
With at least 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales in the hospitality, real estate or tourism sectors, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and negotiating commercial partnerships across Joivy's diverse portfolio: from vacation & Business rentals and serviced apartments to coliving and student housing.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement sales strategies aimed at acquiring and growing corporate and B2B clients.
Develop a deep understanding of our hospitality offering to tailor solutions to client needs.
Build, manage and grow a high-quality pipeline of potential B2B clients across multiple sectors (travel agencies, relocation companies, corporate travel managers, etc.).
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to contract closing and post-sale coordination.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, revenue, guest experience, marketing) to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and participate in industry events and trade fairs to boost brand visibility.
Set and meet ambitious KPIs related to revenue, client acquisition and retention.
About You
You are a proactive deal-closer with a consultative approach to sales, a strong network in the hospitality industry, and a deep understanding of B2B client dynamics. You thrive in fast-paced, international environments and are eager to contribute to shaping the future of flexible living in Europe.
You bring:
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales account manager roles within the hospitality, real estate, or travel sectors.
A proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing client portfolios.
Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
Excellent knowledge of the corporate travel and agency ecosystem.
Familiarity with CRM tools, pipeline reporting and commercial analytics.
Availability to travel within Italy and Europe.
