Role & Team:

Manage day-to-day relations with property owners and ensure that contracts are properly filed, updated, and monitored until their expiration.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and nurture direct relationships with owners throughout the duration of the contract, acting as a point of reference for all their needs;

  2. Manage communication on channels dedicated to owners (email and telephone switchboard) with a high degree of responsiveness and efficiency;

  3. Provide proactive responses and support for all requests, operational needs, and assistance needs expressed by owners;

  4. Ensure that all contractual documentation relating to owners is correctly managed, updated, and archived in accordance with company standards;

  5. Provide support and actively participate in special projects and strategic company initiatives relating to owners.

Skills and experience:

  1. Native Italian speaker (or C2 level)

  2. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  3. Good knowledge of English (B1)

  4. Strong communication skills and flexibility

  5. Effective in mediation and customer retention (complaint management and customer-oriented problem-solving)
